These terms explain the agreement between you and Press Services when you use the platform or place an order.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account, the people you authorize to use it, and keeping access details secure.
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and must provide accurate order and billing information.
You keep ownership of the material you submit. You give Press Services and its providers permission to review, edit, format, translate, distribute, publish, and monitor that material as needed to complete your order.
We may ask for changes, pause an order, or reject content that does not meet our standards or a publisher’s rules. Publishers make their own editorial decisions. Placement, timing, search ranking, traffic, and continuing availability cannot be guaranteed unless an order expressly says otherwise.
Publication dates are estimates. We will keep you informed when an order needs more information or a change.
Prices are shown before you confirm an order. Taxes, optional additions, or payment-provider charges may apply where disclosed. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method.
Discounts, trials, and promotional offers may have separate eligibility rules and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.
Our Refund Policy is part of these terms. In short, eligible orders can be cancelled within seven days if editorial review or distribution has not started. We provide a full refund when we reject a release or cannot publish any purchased placement.
Do not interfere with the platform, test it for vulnerabilities without written permission, automate access in a harmful way, evade limits, scrape protected areas, misuse another person’s account, or use the service to send spam or deceptive content.
We may restrict or close access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, publishers, Press Services, or the public. We will provide notice where practical.
We work to provide a reliable service, but the platform and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Press Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or changes made by third-party publishers.
Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Harris County, Texas will have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms for future use of the service. If a material change affects an active order, the version accepted when that order was placed will continue to govern it unless law requires otherwise.
