Press work can be time-sensitive and confidential before publication. We protect access, limit exposure, and respond quickly when something looks wrong.

01

How we protect the platform

Press Services uses layered safeguards designed to protect accounts, orders, and submitted content.

  • Encrypted connections for data moving between your browser and our platform.
  • Restricted access to operational systems and customer information.
  • Managed infrastructure, security monitoring, backups, and recovery controls.
  • Regular dependency updates and review of changes that affect sensitive workflows.
02

Account protection

Passwords are handled through our secure account provider and are not visible to our team. Sessions and account access are protected by modern authentication controls.

Use a unique password, protect your email account, and sign out on shared devices. Contact us immediately if you notice an unfamiliar login, order, or account change.

03

Payments

Payments are processed by established payment providers. Press Services does not store complete card numbers or wallet credentials. Providers may apply their own fraud checks and security standards.

We will never ask you to send a full card number, password, recovery phrase, or private cryptocurrency key by email or support message.

04

Submitted content and access

We limit access to drafts and order details to people and providers who need them to complete the work. Once a release is distributed or published, its approved public content may be copied, indexed, or archived by third parties.

Do not include trade secrets, private credentials, or unrelated personal data in a press release. Tell us clearly when an attachment is background material and not for publication.

05

Operational resilience

We use monitoring, backups, and recovery processes to reduce disruption. No service can promise uninterrupted availability, so we review incidents and restore essential functions in a practical order.

If a security incident creates a legal notification duty, we will contact affected customers and authorities as required.

06

Responsible reporting

Send suspected vulnerabilities to hello@press-services.com with “Security report” in the subject line.

  • Give us reasonable time to investigate before public disclosure.
  • Do not access, change, download, or delete data that is not yours.
  • Do not disrupt the service, use social engineering, or test with automated traffic that could affect customers.
  • Include clear reproduction steps and your preferred contact details.
