Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Press Services collects, why we use it, and the choices you have.

Last updated: September 13, 2026

01

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, place an order, submit a press release, contact support, or ask for a quote.

  • Contact and account details, such as your name, company, email address, and login information.
  • Order information, submitted copy, images, distribution choices, and support messages.
  • Payment status and billing details. Payment providers process full card or wallet credentials; Press Services does not store complete payment card numbers.
  • Basic device, browser, usage, and security data needed to operate and protect the platform.
02

How we use information

We use information to provide the service you requested and keep the platform dependable.

  • Review, prepare, distribute, translate, optimize, and monitor press materials.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, maintain accounts, and provide customer support.
  • Send service updates and, where permitted, relevant product news. You can opt out of marketing messages.
  • Improve performance, understand demand, and meet legal obligations.
03

When information is shared

We share only what is reasonably needed to provide the service. A press release is intended for publication, so submitted names, quotes, company details, images, and contact information may become public.

  • Publishers, distribution partners, monitoring providers, translators, editors, and other suppliers involved in your order.
  • Payment, hosting, analytics, security, and communications providers working for us.
  • Authorities or professional advisers when required by law, to protect rights, or to address fraud and safety.
  • A successor organization if Press Services is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.
04

Retention and security

We keep account and transaction records while your account is active and for as long as needed for support, accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Submitted releases and reports may remain available where they have been published by third parties.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring, and trusted providers to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security.

05

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or object to certain uses. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

  • Update account details through your account or contact us.
  • Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails.
  • Ask us to close your account. Some records may be retained where law or legitimate business needs require it.
  • Manage optional browser storage through your browser settings.
06

International use and children

Press Services operates from the United States and works with providers and publishers in several countries. Information may therefore be processed outside your home country under appropriate safeguards.

The service is for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
